摘要
质量是品牌的生命线,是企业的生存之本。G.DX1软盒烟包露白包括烟包商标底部折叠不良露白、烟包商标纸底部刮白、商标底部高温烙白等,其中底部商标折叠不良属于严重缺陷,必须严格控制该类烟包流入成品库。基于光电成像检测技术提出利用色标检测剔除装置和视觉检测技术剔除装置,后者检测的区域较多,既能检测烟包底部划痕露白也能检测底部露白区域面积,能更精准识别并结合现有的剔除信号对底部露白的烟包进行剔除。
Quality is the lifeline of the brand and the foundation for the survival of the enterprise.The exposed white of G.DX1 soft box cigarette bag includes poor folding at the bottom of the Cigarette Packing trademark,white scraping at the bottom of the cigarette bag trademark paper,high-temperature white soldering at the bottom of the trademark,etc.the poor folding of the bottom trademark is a serious defect,and the flow of this kind of cigarette bag into the finished product warehouse must be strictly controlled.Based on the photoelectric detection technology,it is proposed to use the color code detection and elimination device and the visual detection technology to eliminate the device.The latter has more detection areas,which can detect both the scratch and white area at the bottom of the cigarette package,it can more accurately identify and eliminate the white cigarette packets at the bottom in combination with the existing elimination signals.
