摘要
为解决复合滤棒成型机组在更换产品牌号时重复输入参数所出现的操作繁琐、耗时长、容易出错等问题,设计了参数值一键保存与还原方法。采用一键保存当前屏幕参数值,更换产品牌号时只需要按下人机界面上所需牌号的参数还原键,即可一键还原到所需牌号的参数值,避免了在生产过程中重复输入大量参数值。应用结果表明,改进后ZL41复合滤棒成型机组在更换产品牌号时,参数修改可节省十几分钟,减轻了操作人员的工作量,实现了生产牌号的快速、准确更换,通过设置密码保护和延迟设计也消除了误操作现象。
For filter rod combiner, a series of parameters needed to be inputted when product change, wnlcn lb complicated, time-consuming and mistakable, therefore a method for saving and restoring parameters by one click was designed. By pressing one key, the parameters in current screen could be saved, and the parameters could be restored by pressing the restoring key of corresponding product on the man-machine interface, which could avoid the input of a series of parameters while product changing. The results of application showed that after improvement, more than ten minutes could be saved for product changing on filter rod combiner ZL41, password protection and action delay were designed to avoid misoperation.
