摘要
产学研网络具有小世界网络的特征,其网络结构的优化有利于促进产学研的合作创新。本文利用小世界网络模型,重点分析了产学研的网络结构特征,并且针对产学研小世界网络特征,提出了一系列促进其合作交流的培育策略,以实现合作创新功能最大化,更好地促进科技成果转化,推动经济增长。
industry -university -research institute network is characterized by microcosm network, its network structure optimization is helpful to promote innovation. In this paper, with microcosm network model, it focuses on the character- istics of industry - university - research institute network structure, its integration innovation is affected by communica- tion frequency and clustering extent. Based on industry - university - research institute net characteristics, it proposes a series of cultivation strategies that promotes cooperation eommunication, in order to realize the innovation optimization, better advance commercialization of research findings and promote economic growth.
