摘要
仙人掌水煎液体外能明显抑制由ＣＣｌ４所致小鼠和大鼠肝匀浆中ＭＤＡ的生成，灌胃给药也能明显降低ＣＣｌ４所致肝损伤小鼠肝组织中丙二醛的含量。
The experimental results showed that water extract of Opuntia dillemii inhibited markedly MDA formation in liver hemogenates of mice and rat induced by CCl 4 in vitro and vivo,suggesting that Opuntia dillemii Haw had effect of anti-lipid perioxdation.
