摘要
目的:建立测定文冠木中总黄酮的含量的方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定,检测波长为525nm。结果:槲皮素在浓度6.657~33.286μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系。回归方程Y=1.1749X+0.008(r=0.9998)。线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.44%,RSD为1.18%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于文冠木中总黄酮的含量测定。
Objective:To establish the content determination method for flavone in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. Methods: Using ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometric determination, detecting at wavelength of 525 nm. Results: Meletin had a liner relationship with the absorbance in the range of 6.657 - 33.2861μg/mL and the regression equation was as follows: Y=1. 1749X+0.008 (r = 0. 9998 ). The average recovery for meletin was 98.44%, RSD = 1.18%. Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive,accurate and can be used for total flavones determination in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.
