摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(配有能谱分析仪)和X射线衍射仪,对不同Sr含量的Al-Si合金铸态微观组织进行观察与分析,探讨Sr对含Si相以及α-Al枝晶的影响。结果表明,Sr的加入改善了共晶Si相的存在形态,使Si相由粗大的片状、针状转变为细小的纤维状,且随Sr含量增加效果更明显。与此同时,Sr的加入影响了α-Al枝晶的形貌,使得枝晶数量增多,枝晶臂变得短小,但Mg在一定程度上抑制了Sr对枝晶的细化作用。
Using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscope equipped with energy dispersive analyzer, and X-ray diffraction, the as-cast microstructure and phase shapes of Al-Si alloys with different strontium additions are investigated, and the variation of α-Al dendrite morphology with strontium additions is also studied. The results show that the morphology of eutectic Si is obviously changed by the addition of Sr, varying from coarse needlelike to fine fiber shape. On the other hand, the α-Al dendrites are much finer because of the roles of the Sr. However, the existence of Mg maybe restrain the effect of Sr on dendrites to a certain extent.
