摘要
研究了不同Al Ti C加入量对Al 7Si 1.5Cu Mg合金的晶粒细化效果。试验发现,随着Al Ti C加入量的增加,枝晶αAl晶粒越细小,组织也越均匀,合金的综合力学性能得到提高;当Al Ti C加入量w为2.6%时,枝晶αAl晶粒接近最小,继续提高Al Ti C加入量则组织变化不明显。试验表明Al Ti C中间合金是Al Si合金的良好细化剂。
The investigation has been carried out to study the refining effect of Al-Ti-C master alloy on Al-7Si-1.5Cu-Mg alloys. It is found that the grain size of α-Al dendrite is refined more obviously with increasing addition of Al-Ti-C master alloy. And the microstructure of Al-Si alloy becomes more homogeneous too. These factors lead to the chance of the mechanical properties. It is shown that the size of α-Al grain is nearly minimized when 2.6 wt% addition of Al-Ti-C alloy applied. And the size of α-Al change little while more addition of Al-Ti-C is given. Therefore, Al-Ti-C master alloy is a kind of favorable refiners for hypoeutectic Al-Si alloys.
