摘要
目的:建立党参药材中29种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。方法:样品采用乙酸乙酯提取,Florisil柱净化方式,采用GC-ECD,DB-5/1701双柱测定29种有机氯农药的残留量。结果:此方法3个水平的加样回收率分别为96.3%,98.2%,99.0%,RSD分别为8.2%,9.9%,14.3%。结论:方法简便,快捷。
Objective: A simple and efficient method for simultaneous gas chromatographic determination of 29 organochlorine pesticides in Radix Codonopsis was described. Method:Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and the extracts were cleaned using solid - phase extraction with florisil as adsorbents. Pesticides were eluted with acetone - petroleum ether ( 1 : 9, v/v) and determined by gas chromatography and electron - capture detection. Results: The percentage recoveries were 96.3% , 98.2% , 99.0% ; average RSD were 8.2% , 9.9% , 14.3% , respectively. Conclusion: The simple and rapid method may be used to determine OCPs in TCM routinely.
