摘要
目的:建立党参药材中29种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱分析方法。方法:样品采用乙酸乙酯提取,Florisil柱净化方式,采用GC-ECD,DB-5/1701双柱测定29种有机氯农药的残留量。结果:此方法3个水平的加样回收率分别为96.3%,98.2%,99.0%,RSD分别为8.2%,9.9%,14.3%。结论:方法简便,快捷。
Objective： A simple and efficient method for simultaneous gas chromatographic determination of 29 organochlorine pesticides in Radix Codonopsis was described. Method：Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and the extracts were cleaned using solid - phase extraction with florisil as adsorbents. Pesticides were eluted with acetone - petroleum ether （ 1 ： 9, v/v） and determined by gas chromatography and electron - capture detection. Results： The percentage recoveries were 96.3% , 98.2% , 99.0% ; average RSD were 8.2% , 9.9% , 14.3% , respectively. Conclusion： The simple and rapid method may be used to determine OCPs in TCM routinely.
