三七、白芍及西洋参中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的残留量测定 被引量:28

摘要 目的 :测定西洋参、三七和白芍中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯 3种农药的残留量。方法 :运用石油醚 -丙酮混合溶剂提取及毛细管气相色谱法测定。结果 :氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的添加回收率 ( % )分别为 92 1 3~ 1 0 0 5,97 54~ 1 0 6 4 ,94 89~ 1 0 8 5;RSD ( % )分别为 1 2 9~ 5 64 ,0 70~ 4 87,1 71~ 5 3 4。被测样品中 ,三七中含有氰戊菊酯 ,个别样品中含溴氰菊酯 ;西洋参中含少量溴氰菊酯 ;白芍中未发现上述 3种农药。结论 :本方法具有选择性强 ,操作简便 ,分离效果好 ,灵敏度高等特点。 Objective:Determination of the residues of cypermethrin,fenvalerate and deltamethrin in Paeonia lactiflora Pall., Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F.H.Chen and Panax quinquefolium L.Method:The samples were extracted by petroleum ether-aceton(4∶1) and determined by CGC-ECD with a PE—5 capillary column(30 m×0 32 mm×0 25 μm ) Results:The recoveries of cypermethrin,fenvalerate and deltamethrin were 92 13%~100 5%,97 54%~106 4% and 94 89%~108 5%,respectively; RSD (%) were 1 29~5 64,0 70~4 87 and 1 71~5 34,respectively It showed that fenvalerate was in all three samples and deltamethrin in one sample of Panax notoginseng, deltamethrin was in two samples of Panax quinquefolium, other samples had no these three pesticides Conclusion:This method has easy operation,high sensitivity,reproduction and selectivity
