摘要
对正反挤压法的优缺点进行了分析,得出正挤压法更适合摩托车活塞成型,正挤压法不仅避免了反挤压模具产生应力集中现象,也不会产生由于模具过大变形而使零件尺寸不准确和模具被卡死现象,并设计了模具,确定了挤压方法。
The advantages and disadvantages of forward.extrusion and backward-extrusion process for a piston were analyzed. It shows that forward-extrusion is a better way to form the piston in a racing motorcycle as backward-extrusion may cause sb:ess concentration on top die, the part size may be inaccurate and the die can be clamped due to larger deformation. A die was designed and extrusion steps were drawn up.
