摘要
采用不同的始锻温度和终锻温度,对新型铝合金活塞试件进行了锻压,并进行了冲击性能和热疲劳性能的测试和分析。结果表明:随始锻温度从380℃提高至480℃,终锻温度从320℃升高至420℃,活塞的冲击吸收功先增大后减小,热疲劳主裂纹平均深度和主裂纹平均宽度先减小后增大,冲击性能和热疲劳性能均先增强后减弱。与380℃始锻相比,采用460℃始锻温度的试样冲击吸收功(53J)增大了61%,热疲劳主裂纹平均深度(11μm)和主裂纹平均宽度(8μm)分别减小54%和58%;与320℃终锻相比,采用380℃终锻温度试样的冲击吸收功(53 J)增大了47%,热疲劳主裂纹平均深度(11μm)和主裂纹平均宽度(8μm)分别减小58%和60%。新型铝合金活塞的模锻温度优选为:460℃始锻温度和380℃终锻温度。
The new aluminum alloy piston specimens were forged at different initial and finish forging temperatures,and the impact and thermal fatigue properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the forging temperature from 380℃to 480℃,the final forging temperature rises from 320℃to 420℃,the impact absorption work of the new Al alloy piston increases firstly and then decreases,the average depth and width of the main crack decrease firstly and then increases,and both the impact and the thermal fatigue properties increase firstly and then decrease.Compared with the initial forging temperature of 380℃,the impact absorption work(53J)of the specimen with the initial forging temperature of 460℃is increased by 61%,the average depth(11μm)and width(8μm)of the main crack are reduced by 54%and 58%,respectively.Compared with that with the final forging 320℃,the impact absorption work(53J)of the specimen at the final forging temperature of 380℃is increased by 47%,the average depth(11μm)and width(8μm)of the main crack are reduced by 58%and 60%respectively.The optimized die forging temperature of the new aluminum alloy piston is initial forging temperature of 460℃and final forging temperature of 380℃.
