摘要
用ANSYS软件对汽车发动机连杆盖温挤压凹模进行数值模拟,分析了凹模结构对凹模强度的影响,对凹模结构进行优化,获得了合理的凹模结构,延长了模具使用寿命。
The numerical simulation was made on an isothermal extrusion die for the connecting rod lid of an automobile engine by using ANSYS software. The influence of the die structure on the die strength was analyzed. The die design was optimized and the die service life was lengthened.
