摘要
目的建立测定益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsid C18柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸（体积比49∶51）为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长288nm,柱温为30℃。结果水飞蓟宾的质量浓度在20.68-82.72μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为97.5%,RSD为2.8%。结论本文方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于益肝灵片的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of silybin in Yiganling tablets. Methods An HPLC method was used to analyze silybin in the tablets on a Dikma Diamonsil-C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid（49：51 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^- 1 and the detection wavelength 288 nm. Results The linear ranges of silybin was 20.68 - 82.72 μg · mL^- 1 （ r = 0.999 9 ） with average recovery of 97.5% （RSD = 2.8% ）. Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Yiganling tablets.
