摘要
目的：建立益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾的HPLC含量测定方法：方法：色谱柱为Diamonsil（TM）C18（4．6mm×250mm,5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水-0．5mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（10：10：1）；流速：1．0mL．min^-1；检测波长288nm．结果：水飞蓟宾在0.172～1·548μg，具有良好线性关系，r=0．9999；平均回收率为101．47％，RSD=1．45％：结论：该方法简单、方便、准确、重现性好，可用于益肝灵片的质量控制.
Objective： To establish method for HPLC determination of silymarin in the Yi Ganling tablet. Methods： The condition for HPLC was Diamonsil （TM） C18 （4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm） methanol -water- 0.5mol· L^-1KH2PO4 （ 10：10：1 ） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 288nm. Results： Silymarin has perfect linear correlation in the range of 0. 172 -1. 548μg, r =0. 999 9. The average recovery rate is 101.47% and RSD = 1.45%. Conclusion： The method was simple, convenient, and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the content of silymarin in Yi Ganling tablet.
