摘要 大型液化天然气装有船超低温(-163℃)的特殊货物,对船舶结构安全提出了更高要求.文章以MSC/PATRAN和MSC/NASTRAN大型有限元软件为平台,对大型液化天然气船的温度场分布做了深入的研究,并针对高低温并存的工作状态下船体结构的温度应力进行了计算,分析了超低温作用对于船舶结构强度的影响.研究成果对于提高我国LNG船的研发水平具有一定的指导意义. The large-scale LNG ship is usually loading with special cargo in super low temperature (-163 ℃), which has higher demands on structure safety. The finite element software of MSC/PATRAN and MSC/NASTRAN taken as a platform, the article makes a deep research on the temperature fieM layout of the large-scale LNG ship. The temperature stress field of the hull structure is also calculated under the working condition of both high and low temperature. The super low temperature's effect on ship structure safely is analyzed as well. The result is meaningful in improving the level of the shipbuilding industry.
