摘要
82 000吨散货船的设计要求是要满足《散货船共同结构规范》,根据其结构的自身特点,按照详细设计的图纸建立第二、四、五和六货舱的有限元模型。利用劳氏船级社的软件对该散货船的船体屈服强度、屈曲强度和疲劳强度进行分析。通过有限元分析的结果,提出详细设计中结构需要加强或减弱的建议,以便于在保障船舶结构安全的前提下,减轻船体重量,降低造船成本。
The design of the 82 000 ton bulk carrier must meet the requirement of Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carrier(CSR). According to the characteristics of its structure and detail design drawing, the FEM models of second, fourth, fifth and sixth cargo compartment are established. The yield strength, buckling strength and fatigue strength of the bulk carrier are analyzed by LR's software. On the basis of FEM analysis results, the suggestion that the structure in detail design need strengthening or weakening is offered so as to reduce the hull's weight and the cost of shipbuilding on the premise of guaranteeing the ship's structure safety.
