摘要
针对开放性问卷,从工龄、家长、教师业务和同事协作等方面讨论了两种教师自我效能感的细微异同,同时从建立积极合作的同事交往环境,调动老教师的工作热情;提高教师业务水平,帮助教师正确对待家长要求;针对混龄教育特点,开展有特色的培训学习三方面提出了提高混龄班教师自我效能感的建议。研究结果表明,幼儿园混龄教学具有广阔的发展空间。
In relation to open investigations, the thesis discusses the subtle distinction of self-efficacy for two kinds of teachers in terms of years of work. parents, teacher' s profession and cooperation, and it puts forward bow to improve self-efficacy of mixed age class teachers in terms of building up a cooperative environment to mobilize elder teacher' s enthusiasm, heightening teacher' s professional level to help teacher deal with parents' demands correctly, and holding the mixed-age characteristic train to improve mixed-age class teachers' self-efficacy. Finally, the research indicates that there is a broad developing space for mixed-age teaching.
