摘要
轻型载货汽车钢板弹簧对车架的支持往往简化为对车架的弹性约束,由于悬架系统的工作特点,当车架受力变形时,可以带动车轮在地面上有微小的滚动,从而实现整个钢板弹簧的协调变形,为车架提供支持力。利用前后置处理软件MSC/PATRAN(V8.5)和有限元求解器MSC/PATRANADVANCED-FEA(V8.5)能够对轻型载货汽车钢板弹簧的模拟方式进行若干情况的分析和比较,得出能较好模拟真实结构的建模方式。
Supports of leaf springs on the light truck frame are usually simplified as elastic constraints of the frame.Due to working features of the suspension,frame deformation will result in slight rotation of the wheel,so compromising deformation of the leaf spring is realized,and supporting forces are applied on the frame.With the preprocessing and post-processing software MSC/PATRAN(V8.5)and the FEM solver MSC/PATRAN ADVANCED-FEA(V8.5),different models can be analyzed and compared,then the better models which can rationally simulate the actual structure can be obtained.
