摘要
本文分析了黄土高原植被建设的水资源环境现状及其发展趋势,认为气候暖干化、土层干燥化致使水资源更趋缺乏,是黄土高原在可预见的未来所面临的重大课题,将严重影响区域植被建设和环境改善,提出了黄土高原植被建设必须严格遵守植被分布自然规律,重新界定植被分区和充分利用降水资源等,正确处理"林-水"关系的对策,尤其是以未来气候变化趋势作为重新调整植被分区的依据,应该引起广泛关注。
The present situation and development tendency of water resources environment for vegetation planning in Loess Plateau of China are analyzed. It is found that the warm-dry tendency of climate and drying in the soil result in the problem of water resources shortage more serious and affect the vegetation construction and environment improvement. It is suggested that the vegetation planning of the loess plateau must adaptive to the natural distribution law and the partition of vegetation should obey the principle of sufficiently utilizing the precipitation. The relationship between forestry and water resources must be coordinated and the strategy of vegetation should accord with the development tendency of climate.
