摘要
耕地撂荒已演变为全球性的土地利用变化现象。目前,我国耕地撂荒范围逐渐扩大,耕地撂荒程度也逐步加深,可能威胁国家粮食安全大局。通过文献法分析现有耕地撂荒研究成果发现:当前,耕地撂荒尚缺乏相对统一的概念;耕地撂荒信息获取方法仍有较大优化空间;耕地撂荒主要受社会经济要素变化驱动,农业生产比较收益下降、农业劳动力转移是耕地撂荒的直接原因;关于微观尺度撂荒影响因素的实证研究成果表明,农户户主个人特征、家庭特征、耕地资源自然特征、村庄文化及组织结构特征等均在一定程度上影响耕地撂荒。耕地撂荒综合效应研究是国家采取相关措施的重要依据,未来要持续关注耕地撂荒效应研究,加强耕地撂荒趋势预测和风险评估。
The abandonment of arable land has evolved into a global phenomenon of land use change.Currently,the scope of arable land abandonment in China is gradually expanding,and the degree of arable land abandonment is also gradually deepening,which may threaten the overall national food security situation.Through literature analysis of existing research results on farmland abandonment,it was found that there is currently a lack of a relatively unified concept of farmland abandonment.There is still significant room for optimization in the methods of obtaining information on abandoned farmland.The abandonment of arable land is mainly driven by changes in socio-economic factors,and the direct reasons for the abandonment of arable land are the decrease in comparative income of agricultural production and the transfer of agricultural labor force.The empirical research results on the influencing factors of farmland abandonment at the micro scale indicate that the personal characteristics of household heads,family characteristics,natural characteristics of farmland resources,village culture and organizational structure characteristics all affect farmland abandonment to a certain extent.The study of the comprehensive effects of arable land abandonment is an important basis for the country to take relevant measures.In the future,it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the study of arable land abandonment effects,strengthen the prediction of arable land abandonment trends and risk assessment.
