摘要
通过研究和确定科学有效的科技投入绩效评价指标体系,采用价值工程理论和方法、AHP为主要的分析工具,构造了地方政府科技投入绩效评价的综合模型,并用模型进行了实证研究。
The problems of how to improve the performance of science ＆ technology inputs of local government, and avoid the waste of science ＆ technology inputs are regarded by the society. One of effective solutions is setting and improving the performance evaluation system of science ＆ technology inputs. By researching, the paper makes a performance evaluation index sysem of science ＆ technology inputs, which is scientific and effective, and makes use of the theories and methods of value engineering, AHP to construct the Synthetic model of evaluating the performance of science ＆ technology inputs of local government, which is made for demonstration research.
