摘要
以256名大学生为调查对象,采用黄希庭等编制的"大学生需要结构调查问卷"对大学生需要状况进行研究,结果显示:(1)大学生的主导需要依次是:维持生存的需要、友情的需要、自尊自立的需要、求知的需要;非主导需要依次是:性需要、权力的需要、助人的需要、发展体力的需要。(2)大学的需要层次在年级和性别上存在一定的差异;(3)与1980年代大学生的需要状况相比,当代大学生的需要现状呈现不同的特点。高校应该基于大学生的需要状况及个别差异实施教育,以提高教育的科学性和针对性。
To investigate the need status of college students, we collect data on 256 college students with the Scale of College Students＇ Need Structure. The results show that： （1）College students＇ dominant needs are： need for existence, need for friendship, need for self-esteem, neef for learning. College students＇ nondominant needs are： need for sex, need for power, need for help others, need for physical training. （2） College students＇ needs show grade difference and gender difference.（3）Compared to need status of college students in 1980s, the need status of current students have different characteristics. In order to increase educational scientificalness and direction, the teachers in university should be based each student on their own characteristics to do the targeted teaching.
