摘要
目前,农村专业大户、技术能手等农村"能人"在我国农民专业合作组织发展过程中扮演着重要角色,凸显"能人效应"。国内农民专业合作组织发展过程中"能人效应"产生的动力因素、专业合作组织中大农户与小农户之间的合作关系以及"能人经济"运行背后存在的问题是农民专业合作组织中以农村"能人"为主导的组织形式具有其阶段合理性,要求得长期发展,还须逐步完成由"能人经济"向"制度经济"的转化。针对现存问题,应采取相关的对策和建议。
At present, rural ＂capable people＂, large households of professional cultivation, technical experts have played an important role during the development of farmers＂ specialized cooperative organization, highlighting the effect of ＂capable people＂. Capable -people -oriented organization has its rationality at current stage, because of the performance of the effect in the development of the cooperative organization, cooperative relation between large household and small household, and the problems existing in the operation of the ＂capable people economy＂. To ensure a long -term development, we should transform ＂capable people economy＂ to ＂institutional economy＂. The paper, according to such situations, put forward its measures and suggestions.
