摘要
首先,本文在文献回顾和调研实践的基础上,提出了合作社凝聚力是合作社发展的内在动力;其次,研究了合作社的凝聚力和离散力,其中,凝聚力包括经济、法律和文化的凝聚制度以及外部市场因素和政府的产业支持等,离散力包括成员异质性程度过高、合作社过度依赖社区等;再次,用"增长极理论"描绘了凝聚力和离散力的作用机制;最后,提出相关建议来化解或减少离散力的发生,包括完善共同利益的维系机制、保障普通成员的民主权利、严格遵守惠顾额返还原则、完善财政补贴制度和限制合作社对非成员的服务等。
According to the analysis on the relevant literatures and investigations into the current situation of the Specialized Farmer's Cooperatives,the paper presents that the cohesive forces push the specialized farmer's cooperatives forward.Then,it moves to illustrate these forces: the benefits and cultural attributes,the legislation,the market and the governmental influences are the cohesive forces,as well as,the disperse forces including the disparity in different groups and an over reliance on the local community.Next,it takes the 'Growth Pole Theory 'to explain the mechanism of these forces.Finally,basing on the above analysis,put forward the related proposal to dissolve or reduce the disperse forces,including improving the maintaining mechanism of common benefits,guarantee the democratic rights of ordinary members,strict adherence to the principle of patronize frontal return,perfect the financial subsidy system and restriction on non-members service.
