摘要
分析了丘陵地区土地整理工程对各环境要素的影响机理、过程和结果,同时根据环境影响分析,简要提出了土地整理工程实施过程中应采取的必要环境保护措施。
The land consolidation mostly includes the land smooth project, the farmland irrigation project, the field mad project and other projects. Accordring to the characteristics of hilly region in South China, every project had both the positive and negative effect on environmental factors such as water body, soil,biology（eco-environment）, atmosphere, social economic and so on.In this paper the mechanism,process and results of the impact on every environmental factor was analyzed in different project Contents.And some necessary environmental protection measures in the process of land eonsolidation were presented.
