摘要
中国和非洲半个多世纪以来一直保持良好关系,这主要得益于中国长期不懈地在非洲的软实力方面的建设,包括无偿经济援助、平等友好的外交政策、中国文化和经济建设经验的吸引力。特别是进入新世纪以来,中非合作的范围更加广泛,政治上互信增强,中非关系上了一个新台阶,我国在非洲的软实力建设也更加重要。
The good relations between China and Africa is due greatly to China＇s long-time construction of soft strength in Africa, including volunteer economic aid, fair and friendly foreign policy, and the attraction of Chinese culture and economic construction experience.In particular, from the beginning of the new century, China and Africa has had more extensive cooperation and mutual trust in politics, raising China-Africa relationship to a new level.Besides,it is more important to maintain the relationship by means of the soft strength construction in Africa.
