摘要
[目的]测定不同日龄的海蓝种鸡血液生化指标,并对测定值进行组间Duncan′s比较。[方法]采用双缩脲法、酶比色法和葡萄糖氧化酶法等测定了11组不同日龄的海蓝种鸡的血液生化指标,并对组间差异进行了统计学分析。[结果]不同日龄海蓝种鸡组间差异显著性因所测血液生化指标的不同而有差异。[结论]海蓝种鸡的血液生化指标随日龄不同,在组间的差异随之变化。
[Objective] This research determined biochemical values of Hailan chicken blood in different days old, moreover it carried out Duncan comparison among groups for determined values.[Methods] This experiment determined biochemical values of Hailan chicken blood in different days old during 11 groups by double reduction of urine, enzyme colorimetric and glucose oxidase etc, furthermore it made statistics analysis for difference among groups. [Results] During determined biochemical values of blood, the differences significance were different for Hailan chicken among groups in different days old. [Conclusion] The biochemical values of Hailan chicken blood were different with different days old, consequently differences among groups also changed.
