摘要
为了从生化特性方面研究镇沅瓢鸡的种质特征,试验随机选取了成年镇沅瓢鸡100只为研究对象,对其14项血液生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:镇沅瓢鸡血浆有机物含量中三酰甘油和总蛋白含量公鸡均显著低于母鸡(P<0.05),尿酸含量公鸡极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01),血浆酶活性中碱性磷酸酶含量公鸡显著低于母鸡(P<0.05),其他各项血液生化指标公、母鸡之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明镇沅瓢鸡日粮中蛋白质含量较低,在饲喂过程中应注意提高饲料中的蛋白质含量,血液生化指标检测可以作为疾病诊断的依据。
To study the germplasm characteristics of Zhenyuan Piao chickens from the blood biochemical characteristics,fifty male and fifty female adult Zhenyuan Piao chickens were randomly selected to determine 14 blood biochemical indices. The result showed that the contents of triglycerides and total proteins in the cocks were significantly lower（ P 0. 05） than those in the hens,the content of uric acid in the cocks was highly significantly higher（ P 0. 01） than that in the hens. The content of alkaline phosphatase for plasma enzyme activity in the cocks was significantly lower（ P 0. 05） than that in the hens,but there were no significant differences（ P 0. 05） in other blood biochemical indices between the cocks and hens. The results indicate that there are lower contents of dietary protein for Zhenyuan Piao chickens,thus,the protein content should be improved in the feeding process. Meanwhile,the detection of blood biochemical indices can be used as a basis for disease diagnosis.
