摘要
应用选配的中草药合剂作为蛋鸡饲料添加剂,进行了3批试验.试验Ⅰ采用单因子四水平试验设计,结果表明1%添加水平对哈可(Harco)蛋鸡可提高产蛋率10.60%(P<0.01),提高饲料转化率9.51%.试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ中,1%添加比例对伊莎(ISA Brown)蛋鸡分别提高产蛋率9.37%(P<0.01),4.64%(P<0.05);提高饲料转化率7.41%和5.54%.试验表明该中草药添加剂对提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能有良好的效果.
Three feeding experiments were conducted to observe laying performance of layers by using formulated Chinese medicinal herbs complex as a feed additive.Experiment I was designed as single factor of four levels.The results showed that the laying rate was increased 10.60%(P<0.01)with additive compound in the diet in a proportion of 1% for Harco hens and the feed conversion efficiency was increased 9.51%.In experiment Ⅱand experiment Ⅲ,both were ISA Brown hens with additive compound in the diet in a propor- tion of 1%,the laying rate was increased 9.37%(P<0.01)and 4.64%(P<0.05),the feed conversion efficiency increased 7.41% and 5.54% respectively.These results demostrat that using the formulated Chinese medici- nal herbs complex as a feed additive has a good effect on promoting laying pcrformance of layers.
