摘要 随着现代电力系统设备日益复杂、区域电网互联和电力市场的改革,现代电力系统已经是一个典型的由人、财、物组成的多级复杂巨系统,涉及经济、社会、生态、文化和人等因素,只基于物理模型或自然现象构建的电力仿真系统已不能为现代电力系统的运营和管理提供足够的指导。因此,提出采用人工社会和复杂系统理论与方法,特别是人工社会、计算实验、平行系统的理论和方法,为现代电力系统控制和管理提供切实可行的方法。首先,利用人工社会方法对电力系统和复杂电网进行建模,建立人工电力系统;其次,在人工电力系统中借助计算实验过程对实际电力系统的规划、设计和运营管理方案进行分析评估;最后通过人工电力系统与实际电力系统互联构成平行系统,利用平行执行和反馈方法实现对二者的控制、运营和管理。 As the modem power system is built up with increasingly complex facilities, integrated up from a number of regional power grids, and facing to a being reformed power market, it is a typical complex system consisting of physical equipments, human operators, and financial resources, involved in many factors such as economics, social, ecological, culture, and human, and the con- ventional power simulation systems can no long provide sufficient guidance for its operation and management because these simula- tion systems are based only on physical methods or natural phe- nomenon. In such conditions, it is proposed to employ the theory and methods of artificial societies and complex systems, especially, that of artificial societies-computational experiments-parallel execution (ACP) for establishing a feasible approach for the control and management of the modem power system. Firstly, an artificial power system is set up on the models of power systems and complex power grids which are created with artificial societies methods. Secondly, the scheme of planning, designation, operation and management of the real power system is evaluated with computa- tional experiments within the artificial power system. Finally, a parallel system is created to relate the artificial power system and the real power system, therefore the control, operation and management of both systems can be carried out through parallel execution and feedback method.
