摘要
核电厂设备数量巨大、种类繁多,并且根据不同的设备安全等级划分,执行不同要求的制造设计、抗震、质保与监督等规范性任务。随着国内三代核电技术的发展,针对核电复杂设备的精益化管理要求也逐渐提高。首先通过对核电设备管理现状进行分析,将设备构型的思路引入核电复杂设备管理以解决粗犷且分割的核电设备管理问题。在此基础上,基于设备结构树建立和统一数据规范,通过对设备相关的静态特征信息、动态特征信息、方法及参考信息等进行整合、梳理,形成最终的设备全景信息,核电复杂设备全生命周期内的多类信息都可以供核电运维人员快速获取,实现核电设备的集约化和精益化管理。最后,以核电汽轮机管理为典型业务场景验证所提框架和技术的有效性,并获得良好的应用效果,可以提高电厂运行效率和管理效率。
The quantity and variety of nuclear power plant equipment are enormous.According to different equipment safety levels,nuclear power equipment normative tasks as manufacturing design,seismic resistance,quality assurance,and supervision are carried out according to different requirements.With the development of third-generation nuclear power technology,the requirements for effective management of complex nuclear power equipment are gradually strengthening.First,by analyzing the current situation of nuclear power equipment management,the concept of equipment-configuration is introduced into the management of complex nuclear power equipment to solve the rough and segmented problems of nuclear power equipment management.On this basis,based on device structure tree and unified data specification,the final equipment panoramic information is formed by integrating and sorting out static and dynamic feature information,methods,and reference information related to equipment.Multiple types of information within the entire lifecycle of complex nuclear power equipment can be quickly obtained by nuclear power operation and maintenance personnel,achieving intensive and effective management of nuclear power equipment.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed framework and technologies was verified using nuclear power turbine management as a typical business scenario.Good application effect were achieved,which can improve the operational and management efficiency of power plants.
