摘要
目前采用的发电机密封油系统,由于种种原因,运行不稳定,有时还会激发系统的耦合震荡,导致发电机进油、漏氢等后果。利用液压与机械阻抗原理、借助四端参数方法,对双流环式密封油系统进行了分析,建立了系统的阻抗分析模型,导出了系统的特性方程,通过MATLAB进行实例计算阐明了引起系统震荡的原因。
For a variety of reasons, the turbo-generator sealing oil system adopted by power plant now is often not running steadily. The coupling oscillation will be excited occasionally and will result in changing oil between air side and hydrogen side, or result in the hydrogen escape from the inside of generator, etc. By the hands of four-poles method, using the hydraulic pressure impedance and mechanism impedance theory, this paper analyzed the double circumfluence type system, educed the characteristic functions. And then, adopting the methods of the valve orifice's stability-lost function to calculate and illustrate the essential reason of oscillation of this sealing oil system.
