摘要
文中以最简单的三元件并联ISD悬挂构型作为子构型,将叠加分析法与拓扑网络相结合,设计了两级串联型ISD悬挂通用模型。运用机械阻抗方法建立动力学模型,并以悬上质量加速度和轮胎动载荷作为优化目标,对每种构型的结构参数进行优化。分析得出有2种构型优于三元件并联ISD悬挂。
With the advent of inerter,the configuration of the suspension has developed rapidly.In this paper,the simplest three-element parallel ISD suspension configuration was used as a sub-configuration,and a general model of a two-stage series-connected ISD suspension was designed by combining the superposition analysis method and the topology network.The mechanical impedance method was used to establish a dynamic model,and the overhanging mass acceleration and tire dynamic load were used as optimization targets to optimize the parameters of each configuration.The analysis shows that two configurations show better performance than the three-element parallel ISD suspension.
