摘要
本试验用富含葡萄球菌A蛋白的国际标准菌株cowanⅠ分别标记3株引起鱼类致病的荧光假单胞菌、鳗弧菌和鲁克氏耶尔森菌的特异高免血清制成SPA诊断液,建立了检测这3株病原菌的协同凝集试验。将待检病料培养16—18h,用该法检测3min可判定结果,比常规玻片法敏感25—50倍;经交叉试验和重复性试验,表明特异性强,敏感性高,可重复性好,且具有简便快速经济等特点。适用于基层鱼场,可用于淡水鱼类病原菌的快速鉴定、疫情预报和流行病学调查。
オabbit antiserum of Psudomonas fluorescens,Yersinia ruckeri and Vibril anguillarum were labbelled with staphylococcal Protein A(SPA) of cowan I,and was made diagnostic reagent,then co-agglutination test (COA)was established.The detected samples were inoculated into tryptic soy broth for 16-18h,and were identified by SPA-COA in 3 min,it was 25-50 times more sensitive than routine slide agglutination test.Cross reaction and repeat test showed that the SPA-COA was specific,sensitive and can be repeated.It was simple,rapid,economical and can be used in fish farm.The SPA-COA is able to detect and identify the pathogenic bacteria from fish rapidly.It can also be used to investigate and forcast epidemic disease caused by the bacteria.
