摘要
作者制备了暴发病病原——嗜水气单胞菌TPS—30株的免、鸡抗血清,在此基础上建立了双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法。该法可测出10ng抗原,对点状气单胞菌、温和气单胞菌等菌株不发生交叉反应,且能有效地测出人工感染白鲫中的病原体,整个过程可在1.5h内完成,是一种有前途的暴发病快速诊断方法。
With the antisera from chicken and rabbit, the double—sandwich ELISA was developed for detection of A·hydrophala. the causative agent of acute epidemic of fishes, The sensitivity of this method was high, with a detection limit of 10ng bacterium, and no cross—reaction occured when A·punctata or A·sobria was used. The whole reaction can be finished within 1.5h. Thirteen out of fifteen artificial infected fish were detected positively with this method. It can be considered a useful method for rapid diagnosis of this harmful fish disease.
