摘要
采用湿式消解处理电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对婴幼儿营养食品中的钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、铁、锰、锌、硼、铬、镍、铝、钡和磷等14种元素同时测定。结果显示检出限能达到0.0001—0.076mg/kg,RSD%小于2.39%。
Simultaneous determination of 14 kinds of nutritional elements including K,Na,Ca, Mg,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,B,Cr,Ni,A1,P and Ba in infant or baby food were treated by the wet resolution and determined by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer method （ICP-OES）. The lowest detection limits ranged from 0. 0001mg/kg to 0. 076mg/kg, and the relative standard deviations of sample determination wore less than 2.39%/
