摘要
随着发电企业的市场化,以及状态监测与诊断、数据处理等技术的发展,传统的计划检修已不能满足企业竞争的需求.引进先进的优化检修理念并结合我国电厂发展的实际情况而形成的点检制是检修体制的创新.介绍我国火力发电企业目前推行的设备点检定修制及其在外高桥电厂、江苏利港电厂和北仑电厂的成功运用,在肯定成绩的同时提出其存在的问题和建议.
With the marketization of power enterprises and development of condition monitoring and diagnostic techniques and data technology etc. , traditional planned maintenance can not meet the need of enterprise competition. Spot checking system, as a result of advanced optimizing maintenance between actual situations is an innovation in maintenance system. This paper introduces the checking and examining regular repair of thermal power plants and the successful application in Waigaoqiao Power Plant, Ligang Power Plant and Beilun Power Plant, pointing out problems and suggestions.
