The necessity of RCM (reliability-centred maintenance) management on equipment is explained in the paper.The monitoring and diagnosing of equipment are the kernel. Applications of advanced technologies such as vibration analy-sis ,motor analysis and oil analysis in Zouxian Power Plant are introduced in detail. And applications of all kinds of RCMtechnologies in equipment diagnosing processes are finely analyzed.
