Present Situation of Power Equipment Risk Based Inspection Technology and Proposals for its Future Development

摘要 火电厂高温设备的复杂、大型化以及现阶段检修、安全评定与管理技术存在不足,如何保证电站锅炉安全稳定运行显得至关重要。叙述了国内外电站设备检验与管理技术的发展现状及趋势;介绍了我国电站设备基于风险评估的设备检验技术(RBI)技术的研究现状;对我国电站锅炉设备新的检验与管理技术的研究提出了几点建议。 Since most high-temperature facilities of fossil power plants are large and complex, for which the available inspection, maintenance, safety evaluation and management technology at present stage are not perfect, therefore how to guarantee their safety operation becomes a tough but very important task. Present situation and development tendency of foreign power equipment inspection and management technology are being presented while status quo of domestic power equipment risk based inspection (RBI) technology described. Moreover, proposals for research and development of new inspection and management technology for domestic power equipment are put forward.
