摘要
目的了解影响本科护生临床实践能力的因素,为完善教学体系提供参考资料。方法采用问卷调查法,对正 在毕业实习的33名5年制本科生进行临床能力、专业态度及在校成绩调查。结果能力评分护生自评(161.35± 19.93)分,教师评护生(157.96±21.24)分;态度护生自评(78.87±9.50)分;在校成绩(82.22±3.75)分;其中护生 自评能力与专业态度及专业课成绩呈正相关(P<0.01,P<0.05),与基础课成绩和在校总成绩相关无显著性意义 (均P>0.05)。结论本科护生临床能力、专业态度及在校成绩均达优良,但基础课和专业思想教育尚需加强。
Objective To explore the factors that influence the nursing students’ clinical competence and to provide data for nursing education.Methods A total of 33 nurse students on a 5-year baccalaureate program were investigated by using self-developed questionnaires which included clinical competence and professional attitude. The grade point average of the students were calculated. Results The average score of self-evaluation of competence was 161.35± 19.93, while that of the faculty evaluation was 157.96±21.24. The average score of self-perceived professional attitude was 78.87±9.50. Trainees’ university grade point average was 82.22±3.75 on average. The nursing students’ self-perceived competence was highly correlated with their professional attitude (P<0.01), and it was positively related with the point average of nursing subjects (P<0.05). But it was not significantly correlated with the cumulative grade point average and point average of fundamental medicine courses (P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical competence, professional attitude and university grade point average are all good or excellent. The teaching of basic courses and education in professionalism needs to be strengthened.
