摘要
针对模切机中驱动凸轮机构对淸废精度和模切质量的影响,基于清废机构中驱动凸轮的运动原理,运用七次多项式运动规律对框架运动曲线进行了拟合,在运动的始、末位置柔性冲击和无冲击条件下,运用复数矢量法对凸轮机构进行综合,计算了凸轮轮廓,对改善模切机凸轮的性能和提高淸废精度具有一定的理论指导意义.
The accuracy of a mechanism of removing waste is decided by the driving cam and it will affect the quality of cutting ultimately. The motion curve of the frame, which is based on the motion theory of driving cam outline on the scrape-clearer,is fitted with a seven polynomial motion law. The cam mechanism is analyzed with a complex vector method and the cam profile has been calculated under a no impaction condition. There is flexible impaction in beginning and end positions. The result of theoretical calculation has an important significance to improve the performance of cam and the accuracy of mechanism of removing waste.
