Rapidly Solidified CuCr50 Alloys

摘要 采用单辊旋铸法研究了CuCr50合金的快速凝固规律,并进行了实验分析.结果表明:高温下CuCr50合金与石英坩埚发生反应,CuCr50合金受到污染;单辊旋铸的CuCr50合金快速凝固时发生了液相分离. Rules of rapid solidification of CuCr50 alloys is studied with single roller melt-spinning method, and related experiments are conducted. Results show that CuCr50 alloys react with quartz crucible at high temperatures, thus contaminated, and liquid phase separation occurs in the rapid solidification of melt spun CuCr50 alloys.
