摘要
在对金属熔体气雾化过程分析的基础上, 建立了喷射成型过程中雾化粒滴在飞行阶段的数学模型。选取纯铝为模拟雾化金属, 计算了雾化气体速度、粒滴速度、粒滴温度。
Based on the studies on spray forming process, a computer model has been developed to describe the dynamic and thermal behavior of droplets in the stage of flight during the spray forming process. In this computer model, the velocity of atomization of droplets, the thermal profile of the droplets in flight, solid fraction of the droplets and the spray were studied . According to the model, the dynamic behavior and thermal behavior of aluminum are calculated and discussed.
