摘要
目的提高门诊患者满意度。方法门诊成立一站式服务QC小组,运用PDCA循环对门诊患者服务满意率进行现状调查,分析存在的问题,找出主要原因,制定对策。结果门诊患者对医疗服务的满意率达到96.5%。结论一站式QC小组活动有利于提高门诊服务质量和门诊患者的满意率。
Objective Enhance the patients'satisfaction rate of the out-patient, Methods We estallished on 0ne-stop service mode and QC group to investigate patient's satisfaction rate with technique of PDCA circulation management, By analyzing the problem we found out limitations and major reasons. Results The patients' satisfaction rate of the out-patients has increased to 96.5%, Conclusion The establishment of one-stop service mode improve medical service quality and patient's satisfaction rate in clinic service,
