摘要
数值模拟和试验研究了不同温度下半固态铸轧AZ31镁合金的铸轧过程温度场和微观组织。结果表明,在不同的铸轧温度下,铸轧过程温度场不相同,要顺利进行铸轧就需要不同的冷却系统。铸轧温度从高到低,半固态固相颗粒明显从小到大,固相率也变大。特别是在623℃到620℃之间固相率较高,固相颗粒接近球形,是典型的半固态组织。
The temperature field and the microstructure of the semi-solid AZ31 magnesium alloys by casting-rolling at different temperatures were investigated by numerical simulating and experiment respectively. The results show that the temperature fields during casting and rolling process are different at different casting-rolling temperatures. The casting and rolling process need different cooling system. With decreasing casting-rolling temperature, the particles increase obviously, and the solid friction increases as well. Especially, there is larger solid friction in the range of 623 ℃ to 620 ℃. The microstructure is the typical semisolid microstructure The sold particle has approximately spheric shape.
