摘要
精益管理为企业文化注入了新的活力,但该管理模式应用于医院文化建设方面的研究目前在国内尚属空白。作者简要介绍了南方医院在医院管理年活动中,如何结合自身文化特点,引入精益管理,以改善服务流程、提高患者满意度为切入点,不断创新医院文化,突出强化以病人为中心、点燃员工激情、加强无界限合作的文化,以提高医院的核心竞争力。希望对其他医院的文化建设有所借鉴。
Lean management may invigorate to enterprise culture, while study on the application of lean management to the construction of hospital culture in China is scarce. The paper briefly describes how Nanfang Hospital introduces lean management in light of its own cultural characteristics in the activities of the Hospital Management Year, which begins with optimizing service process and improving patient satisfaction, followed by continuous innovation of hospital culture and highlighting the culture of patient-centered with highly motivated staff and reinforced boundaryless cooperation, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. This may provide reference for culture construction of other hospitals.
