摘要
目的介绍我院利用精益思想开展医疗设备及医用耗材管理的方法。方法结合管理实践,应用精益管理体系方法,提出医院医学工程部门有效开展医疗设备及医用耗材管理的办法。结果提出医院医疗器械精益管理体系。结论精益管理方法可有效改善医疗器械管理体系,减少医院医疗器械管理成本,提高医院医学工程管理效能。
Objective To introduce the methods of medical instruments management in our hospital hy lean thinking. Methods Applied management system, took the methods of lean thinking and gave solution for it. Results Fulfilled the system management of medical instruments. Conclusion Lean thinking method can effectively manage the hospital medical instrument and decrease the wastes.
