电控组合单体泵燃油喷射系统试验台的研制

摘要 设计了电控组合单体泵燃油喷射系统试验台。介绍了试验台的架构与工作原理。基于CAN总线,通过辅助控制器(AECU)设置驱动控制器(DECU)的工作参数并输出同步信号,DECU按照AECU给定的喷油正时、喷油脉宽等参数来驱动电控喷油器工作,实现了对电控组合单体泵燃油喷射系统的各种测试与试验。AECU的部分功能可通过PC机替代实现。 A test bench for electronic unit pump (EUP) fuel injection system was designed. The structure and operational principle of the test bench were discussed in detail. Based on controller area network (CAN) bus, the assistant ECU's (AECU) functions were used to set the test parameters of the driving ECU (DECU) and to output synchronizing signals, DECU was able to drive the electronically controlled injectors according to the injection timing, injection pulse width and other parameters given by AECU. All measurements and tests of EUP fuel injection system could be performed on this test bench. Some of AECU's functions could be achieved by a PC connected to the system.
