摘要
从我国社区卫生服务机构运行现状出发,探讨了社区卫生服务机构的成功经验和不足,提出了由政府主导的社区卫生服务市场化管理模式,即在政府主导下,在社区卫生服务机构之间,社区卫生服务人员之间形成内部的竞争机制,能提高社区卫生服务机构的效率和质量,促进社区卫生服务的健康、持续发展。
In this article, we discuss the successful experiences and shortcomings of community health service in China. It is advised that market management model of community health service which is dominated by government. Competition would be founded within the organizations of community health service and within＇ Gp to improve quality and efficiency of community health service, and promote it develop lastingly and healthy.
