摘要
以SK型静态混合器为研究对象,针对入口流速按平均速度均匀分布和按实际速度抛物线分布两种边界条件,运用流体力学计算软件对层流状态下管内速度分布进行对比研究。计算结果表明,两种不同边界条件对混合器入口半个混合元件内的流体速度分布有较大影响,最大相对偏差可达67.7%,而对半个混合元件以后的流体速度分布影响不大,最大相对偏差仅为7.37%,对径向速度影响要大于轴向速度和切向速度。
The velocity distribution in the tube in a Kenics static mixer under laminar flow has been simulated by CFD software with two different velocity-inlet boundary conditions, namely a uniform distribution of average velocity and a parabolic distribution. The results show that the velocity distribution is influenced by the boundary conditions, especially in the first half mixer element where the maximum relative error was 67.7 %. The influence on the velocity distribution was less beyond the half mixer element where the maximum relative error was 7.37 %. By comparison of the velocities in different directions, it was shown that the boundary conditions have a greater effect on the radial velocity than on the axial and tangential velocities.
